瓦そば(Kawara soba)

山口県下関市豊浦町発祥の麺料理。

熱した瓦の上に茶そばと具をのせて、

温かいめんつゆで食べる料理。

家庭では瓦ではできないので

ホットプレートで焼きます。

関西では日本そばを焼く料理はあまり聞かない

A noodle dish that originated in Toyoura Town, Shimonoseki City, Yamaguchi Prefecture.

Put the tea soba and ingredients on the heated tile,

A dish to eat with warm mentsuyu.

I can't do it with roof tiles at home

Bake on a hot plate.

In Kansai, I don't often hear the food of grilling Japanese soba
