75歳 75 years old
75歳前後から体が変わると
母親が言っていた
実際にその年になるといろいろあるな
手がカサカサでレジ袋が開かない
小さなものがつかみにくくなり、ポロポロ落ちる
わすれ物が多くなる
歩くとき足が上がっていない
体が曲がらない、足の爪きりができない
パソコンのキーボードを押し間違える
いろいろあるが
出来ないことにいら立たず
受け入れて生きていかないとしようがないな
