八朔と甘夏は味がよく似ている

●八朔

やや小さい（平均300〜400g程度）

比較的つるっとしていて硬め

サクサク・シャキシャキ・歯ごたえ強い

酸味＋ほろ苦さ強め、甘さ控えめ

●甘夏

やや大きい（平均400〜500g程度）

でこぼこ（凹凸）が強く、少し柔らかい

プチプチ・ジューシー・柔らかめ

甘み強め、酸味はあるがバランス良い

奈良、月ヶ瀬や山添村周辺

煎茶の製造過程で出る副産物

(細い茎や砕けた葉)が「ひげ」のように見えるため

「ひげ茶」と呼ばれます

あっさりした味わい、クセが少なく飲みやすい

価格が安く地元直売所や道の駅でよく売られている

価格が安い・400円

動物の食害から守るために囲った桜の木

どうしても草が生える

防止のためひとつずつ草を刈り

チップを敷いていく

The cherry trees are fenced off to protect them from animal damage, but weeds inevitably grow.

To prevent this, we cut the grass one by one and spread chips over the trees.
