本当は去年に肥料をやりたかったけれど

今日になりました

鶏糞を撒きます

作業はあっという間に終わりました

I actually wanted to fertilize it last year, but I ended up doing it today.

I spread chicken manure.

The work was done in no time.

西面外壁の塗装をします

足場を建てるスベ－スが無いので

二段梯子でやります

絶対倒れないようにし

隣家に塗装が落ちないように養生をします

We're painting the west-facing exterior wall.

Since there isn't enough space to erect scaffolding, we'll be using a two-step ladder.

We'll be careful not to tip it over, and we'll take measures to prevent paint from dripping onto the neighboring house.

不知火は熊本県不知火が発祥の地、別名デコポン

清見は静岡市清水区の近くに清見寺（せいけんじ）があり、その前面の海岸は清見潟(きよみがた)と呼ばれる

名勝から命名

某家玄関にあるモッコウバラのア－チ

強風のため倒れた

根本的な原因は数十年前に設置した

鉄製のア－チが腐り三ヶ所折れていた

The bank rose arch at the entrance of a certain house fell over due to strong winds.

The root cause was that the iron arch, which had been installed several decades ago, had rotted and broken in three places.
