台風でもないのに超大雨。
雨期とはいえ大雨と突風。
今まで見たことがない。
日本で言うと春一番＋台風
It wasn't even a typhoon, but it was raining very heavily.
Even though it was the rainy season, there was heavy rain and gusts of wind.
I've never seen it before.
In Japan, it means spring first + typhoon.
