六根清浄(Rokune Purification)

六根清浄、根は感覚器官などの感じる力を意味し、

眼(視覚)・耳(聴覚)・鼻(嗅覚)・舌(味覚)・身(触覚)・意(意識)の

５つの感覚と意識をまとめて六根と呼びます。

そして、これら六つの力、心身を清らかな状態にすることを

六根清浄と言います。

山伏の衣装を着て六根清浄と叫びながら

山を歩き修行する。

この山を歩くということが修行ということを意識しなくとも

体を強くし、結果として心も穏やかにする。

人間は考えすぎてすべてをダメにする動物だという事です。

Rokune Purification, Root means the feeling power of sensory organs, etc.

Eye (visual), ear (hearing), nose (smell), tongue (taste), body (tactile), intention (consciousness)

The five senses and consciousness are collectively called Rokune.

And these six powers, to make the mind and body clean

It's called Rokune Kiyoshi.

Walk in the mountains and practice.

Even if you don't realize that walking in this mountain is a practice

It strengthens the body and, as a result, calms the mind.
