企業は首を切り易い

企業はボ－ナスを出さなくてもよい

労働者は仕事が見つかり易い、お手軽。

●罪

首を切られやすい→生活が安定しない

給料が安い、ボ－ナスでない→家族を養えない→

結婚できない→人口減る→生産人口減る→

企業は海外に出る→日本に仕事がなくなる。

●企業にとっては正社員にしなくても労働力を得られる制度

であったが長い目で見ると日本に仕事がなくなる。

一時の仕事しのぎ。

●原因

バブル後遺症→働かず高い給料が欲しい。休みはたっぷりと。

仕事にのめり込まない。勉強しない、しろうとばかり。

一時のバブルが日本人をダメにした。

Merits and demerits of dispatch

● Good place

Companies are easy to decapitate

Companies do not have to issue bonuses

It's easy for workers to find a job.

● Bad place

Easy to be decapitated → Life is not stable

Low salary, not Bonus → Can't support family →

Unable to marry → Decrease in population → Decrease in working-age population →

Companies go abroad → There are no jobs in Japan.

● A system that allows companies to obtain a labor force without having to be a full-time employee

However, in the long run, there will be no work in Japan.

Temporary work.

● Cause

Sequelae of the bubble → I want a high salary without working. Plenty of holidays.

Not work-centric. I don't study, I just try.

A temporary bubble ruined the Japanese.
