椎茸の収穫
前回採ってから１週間放っておきました。
いっぱい出来ていました。
椎茸ごはん、天ぷら、焼き物
しばらく楽しめそうです。
乾燥シイタケも作ります

I left it alone for a week after I picked it up last time.
There were a lot of them.
Shiitake mushroom rice, tempura, grilled dishes
Looks like it'll be fun for a while.
I also make dried shiitake mushrooms.
