天ぷら、焼き芋などに使っていますが
なかなか減らない。
干芋を作ってお菓子がわりに食べます
This year we have a rich harvest of sweet potatoes.
I use it for tempura, roasted sweet potatoes, etc.
It doesn't decrease easily.
We make dried sweet potatoes and eat them instead of sweets.
