芽が複数出てきた段階で

元気なものだけを残し

残りを摘み取る作業

この作業の成否が

収穫時のイモの大きさを左右します

ジャガイモを大きくするために

茎を抜いて２～３本に減らします

同時に草を抜く

Potato ""sprout thinning"" is the process of removing sprouts, leaving only the strongest ones, when multiple sprouts have emerged.

The success of this process will affect the size of the potatoes at harvest.

To help the potatoes grow larger, the stems are thinned to two or three.

Weeds are also removed at the same time.
