榾木仮伏せ(Temporarily lay down the log)

榾木に椎茸菌を植えたら榾木という名前に変わります。

今から暖かくなるまで寝かせて

カバ－をかけて置いておきます。

これを仮伏せと言います

If you plant shiitake mushrooms in the tree, the name will change to the tree.

Let it lie down until it gets warm from now on Put a cover on it and set it aside.

This is called provisional prone.
