大きすぎる、曲がっている、まん丸ではない。
でも形は関係なく味はおなじ。
干しシイタケにして年中使う
It's getting warmer and I've started harvesting shiitake mushrooms.
It's not a pretty shape like the ones sold in stores.
It's too big, it's crooked, it's not perfectly round.
The taste is the same as the beautiful one.
Dried shiitake mushrooms can be used all year round.
