椎茸原木運び４回目。
今年はあと一回で終わり。
ナラの木はどこの山にもいっぱいあるが
切って運び出せる場所は少ない。
今年は百数十本で終わります。
椎茸菌の駒は五千駒使いました
This is my 4th time transporting shiitake mushroom logs.
Only one more time left this year.
There are lots of trees on every mountain
There are few places where you can cut it and transport it.
This year I will finish with over 100 books.
The number of Shiitake mushroom pieces used was 5,000 pieces.
