シイタケの木を切り倒して１ヵ月。
９０cmに切って山から降ろします。
切るより降ろす方が大変。
このまま保存して断面にひび割れが出るまで
置いておきます
It's been a month since I cut down the shiitake mushroom tree.
Cut it into 90cm pieces and take it down from the mountain.
It's harder to carry than to cut.
Store as it is until cracks appear in the cross section
I'll leave it there.
