青いうちに取る。
ミカンも柚子も同じこと。
家で置いておいて熟します
Harvest lemons.
If you don't pick the fruit until it turns yellow on the tree, the fruit will become dry.
Pick while it's still green.
The same goes for mandarin oranges and yuzu.
Leave it at home to ripen.
