京都府南山城村大河原駅から歩いて十五分。
祭神の恋志谷姫は後醍醐天皇の后
恋志谷姫が伊勢での療養から笠置へ戻ったところ、
後醍醐天皇が元弘の乱で会うことができず、
悲しみのため病が重くなり、この地で自害したことを
後の人が哀れんで祀ったとされる。
この縁起から、病気を除く、恋を叶えるという信仰がある

When Princess Koishidani returned to Kasagi from her medical treatment in Ise,Emperor Godaigo was unable to meet during the Genko Rebellion,
Her grief made her very ill, and she killed herself here.
She is said to have been enshrined by later people for her pity.
From this auspiciousness, there is a belief that she will get rid of her illness and make her love come true.
