新薬師寺 (Shinyakushiji Temple)

奈良県奈良市高畑町1352にある。

本尊は薬師如来。

創建年 8世紀中期

開基 光明皇后

正式名 日輪山新薬師寺

文化財 本堂、木造薬師如来坐像、塑造十二神将立像11躯（国宝）

南門、地蔵堂、銅造薬師如来立像ほか（重要文化財）
