雨が降って困る人も多いだろうが
村民農園としては大助かり
村民農園は水道がなく雨水頼り
晴れが続き水が無くなってきていたから
危うい状態になっていた

第６畑(柿園)草刈り(2024.4.20)Field 6 (persimmon garden) mowing
柿園の草が伸びてきました。
紐で刈ります。
網も破れているので直します。
やること多くて忙しい
The grass in the persimmon garden is growing.
Mow with string.
The net is also torn, so I'll fix it.
I'm busy with lots of things to do.

立葵(タチアオイ) hollyhock
別名、ホリホック
高さ3mくらいになる
蕾がてっぺん辺りにかたまってでき
花は下から咲いていきてっぺんが咲けば
梅雨が終わると言われているが
今年は特に暑いからどうなるか
小豆と黒豆 Red beans and black beans
ス－パ－で買ってきた小豆と黒豆
植えたら芽が出てきました。
黒豆はまだ先端に黒い豆の皮が付いている
I bought some red beans and black beans at the supermarket.
I planted them and they sprouted.
The black beans still have their black bean skins attached to the tips.
石楠花咲く(2024.4.21)Ishikusu flowers bloom
例年５月に入ってから咲くのですが
今年は早い。
ここには各種の石楠花を植えているので
咲くのはバラバラ
It usually blooms from the beginning of May every year.
This year it's early.
Various kinds of Ishikusu flowers are planted here.
