昔ベトナム戦争で使われた枯葉剤そのもの。

枯葉剤では人間の子供の奇形を大量に生んだ。

除草剤が人間にとって良いわけがない。

結果は次世代が負うことになる。

と、言いながら購買意欲は衰えない。

１００円ショップ、スイーツ、食事。

安い物、手軽な物にお金を使い心を癒す。

高い物は買わない、買えない。

労せずして儲かる仕組み。

paypayなども同じ仕組みだ。

人間の面倒くさいを標的にした中抜き商売。

結局回りまわって消費者がこれらの企業を食わせ

余分なお金を払っている。

畑作り２４日目、タイルの移動７日目。

馬鹿みたいに進みません。

今日は気合を入れてタイルの移動をしていきます。

台車で１０往復、疲れました。

タイルが大きくなり重い

ザトウムシ Opiliones

座頭虫は８本の長い足を持っている。

目が見えていないのでザトウムシという名前。

足で周りを探りながら体を揺らして歩く。

肉食性で基本的に動きが鈍くなっている昆虫など食べる。

体の大きさは５ｍｍくらい

乾燥した所が苦手で湿った場所を好みます。

人間にとっては害虫でも益虫でもない

Opiliones has eight long legs.

It walks by swinging its body while exploring the surroundings with its feet.

It eats insects that are carnivorous and basically slow to move.

body size is about 5mm

It doesn't like dry places and prefers wet places.

笹が生えすぎて通路が狭くなった。

まず笹を刈って広げます

サランラップとクレラップ。

歴史的にはクレラップの発売の方が早い。

当初クレラップが産業中心に販売していた。

産業とは工場・製造業。

後発のサランラップが民間中心に売り出した。

我々にはサランラップが目に付くから

クレラップが真似をしたと思いがちだが

実はクレラップが先発。

テレビで雪の報道ばっかり。

昔はもっと降った。

通行止めになっても貯蔵食料で食いつなぎ

雪が道路に積もっても自力でかいた。

小さい頃は家の前の道路でスキ－をして

遊んでいた。

今は細かいことを言いすぎ。

今日、白いタイルがやっと終わりました。

後のタイルはそれほど汚れていないので

古くなったドラムを新しいものと交換します。

屋外で風雨にさらすと５年ほど経つと

ボロボロになる

寒くなると流行る鳥インフルエンザは

今のところは人間にうつらない。

これがうつるようになると人類にとっては脅威。 

死亡率はコロナの比ではない３０％。

こうなるとワクチンの是非なんて言ってられなくなる。

天然痘と同じく鳥インフルエンザで

人類は壊滅一歩手前まで行く。

うつらないことを祈るしかない。

今年２回目の椎茸の収穫。

暑い季節が長くて涼しい椎茸の生育期間が短いので

収穫が始まりすぐに寒くなってしまうと

今年はあまり期待できない。

去年よりは収穫は落ちている

毎年１人減る。

あと１１年したら一人か。

今一番の若手も１１年したら７０歳。

一度に大量に作れないのでコツコツと作成します

これを続けてきて８０歳になりました。

こういう人はいる。

年齢のせいでしょうか急に優しくなった。

気味が悪い。

でも今までの後味の悪さを皆覚えていて

表面上のあいさつくらいしか言わない。

集まっていても人は四散していつも独りぼっち。

仕方がないな。

恋志谷神社 (Koisidani Shrine)

京都府南山城村大河原駅から歩いて十五分。

祭神の恋志谷姫は後醍醐天皇の后

恋志谷姫が伊勢での療養から笠置へ戻ったところ、

後醍醐天皇が元弘の乱で会うことができず、

悲しみのため病が重くなり、この地で自害したことを

後の人が哀れんで祀ったとされる。

この縁起から、病気を除く、恋を叶えるという信仰がある

When Princess Koishidani returned to Kasagi from her medical treatment in Ise,Emperor Godaigo was unable to meet during the Genko Rebellion,

Her grief made her very ill, and she killed herself here.

She is said to have been enshrined by later people for her pity.

From this auspiciousness, there is a belief that she will get rid of her illness and make her love come true.

柚子胡椒作り Yuzu pepper making

柚子を使って柚子胡椒を作ります。

材料は柚子と唐辛子。

１週間すれば熟成して使えます

濃い口醤油100g、酢50g、みりん30g、柚子のしぼり汁100g。

柚子のできる季節にならないと作れません

市販の見切り品のア－モンドを買ってきました。

ア－モンドバタ－を作ります。

業務用の粉砕機で作ります。

コ－ヒ－ミルでも回転数２万回転/分以上の物なら

バタ－は作れます。

入れて回すだけ

I bought some off-the-shelf almonds on the market.

暑い季節が長くて涼しい椎茸の生育期間が短いので
