If Sun Wukong were to take his Ruyi Jingu Bang (magic staff) and stand it on the ground of Earth, and command it to extend all the way to the moon, and then continue to extend it until it touches the lunar surface, what would happen?
Assuming the Ruyi Jingu Bang is a mythical staff and therefore unbreakable, an immense amount of pressure would concentrate on the tip touching the lunar surface, causing the lunar surface to crack and the moon to be pushed back, resulting in lunar fragments raining down on Earth, a global catastrophe.
